Spring Future · A guide

What Affects the Cost of a Website in Dubai

The cost follows the work. After we review the project, we send a clear proposal.

A website in Dubai costs what the pages, the design, the words, and the features add up to. Spring Future reviews that scope first, then sends a proposal that states the work and the cost for your project. Copywriting is included. We have designed 350+ websites over 15+ years, from offices in Dubai and London.

This guide walks through the things we look at, so you can prepare the same details we ask for. A new site is website design. A site you already have is a website redesign, and we keep the addresses that already rank where we can.

What we review before the proposal

Number of pages

Each page needs a layout, a menu place, and words. A short company site and a page for every service are different projects.

Design

Design is the structure of the page on a phone and on a desk. A layout planned for your business takes more time than a straightforward company site.

Copywriting

Copywriting is included. New pages, thin pages, and product text are part of the same project. Your own text is welcome too.

Features

A contact form is everyday work. A booking calendar, a member area, or a search across many pages is extra scope we name in the proposal.

Ecommerce

Products, a cart, checkout, and an admin turn a website into a store. The size of the catalogue is part of the review.

Integrations

A form that emails you is simpler than a form that creates a lead in a CRM, a booking tool, or an accounts package.

Languages

Arabic and English together mean a second set of pages and a layout that works in both directions.

Maintenance

After launch the site still needs updates, backups, and a check that forms send. The proposal says what we look after.

Number of pages

The first list is the pages themselves. A company site often needs a home page, a page for the services, an about page, and a contact page. A business with several services, locations, or teams needs a page for each one that a visitor should be able to find. Each page has a heading, a layout, and a place in the menu.

Design

Design is how the page is arranged and how it looks. Type, colour, photography, and the path from the first sentence to the button are all design. The phone layout is drawn with the wider layout, so the site is one website on every screen. A brand that needs its own grid takes more design time, and that time is part of the proposal. We use your logo and colours when you have them.

Copywriting

Copywriting is included. We write the home page, the service pages, the about page, and the short lines on buttons and forms. You can also provide your own text. When you send words, we place them and keep the meaning you wrote. Product descriptions on a store are part of the same writing. The proposal says which pages we write and which pages arrive from you.

Features

A contact form, a map, and a gallery are everyday features. A booking calendar, a member login, a search across many pages, or a filter across a catalogue is a larger feature. We name each one in the proposal: what the visitor can do, and what you will update yourself after launch.

Ecommerce

Selling online adds a catalogue, a cart, checkout, shipping, and an admin where you edit products and read orders. A short catalogue of standard products is a different project from a wide catalogue with variants, stock rules, or customer groups. We review the catalogue before we write the proposal.

The store still needs the same design, words, and phone layout as the rest of the site. Payment is confirmed with the provider you use. Platform choice sits in our guide to ecommerce platforms, and the build of the shop is ecommerce website development.

Integrations

An integration connects the website to a system you already use. A form that emails you is the simple case. A form that creates a lead in a CRM, adds a subscriber to an email tool, or books a slot in a calendar is a connection we plan on purpose. The proposal names the system, what information moves, and who holds the account. We connect the site and test that a real submission arrives where you expect it.

Languages

A site in Arabic and English is two sets of pages that share one design. Arabic reads from right to left, so the layout, the menu, and the forms work in that direction as well as in English. The words are written for each language. The proposal lists which pages exist in each language, and who supplies the Arabic text when you already have a translation you trust.

Maintenance

A live website needs updates, a backup, and a check that forms still send. The proposal says what Spring Future looks after, and how you ask for a change to a page, a picture, or a product detail.

Most of the work on a typical website is done within one week. On a very large project the main part is done in the first week and the rest follows step by step. On a redesign we list the URLs Google has indexed, keep the same URLs where we can, keep the content, titles, and metadata that already rank, add a redirect when an address has to move, keep image URLs, submit the new sitemap, and check Google Search Console after launch.

The proposal

Send a short note about the business, or the address of the site you have. Tell us the pages you need, the languages, whether you sell online, and any system the site should talk to. We review that and reply with a proposal in plain language: the pages, the design, the copywriting, the features, and the cost for that scope.

You can answer with a change. We adjust the proposal before the build starts. The same review is how we start a new website and a redesign.

Questions about website cost in Dubai

What changes the cost of a website in Dubai?

The pages, the design, the words, the features, whether the site sells online, the systems it connects to, the languages, and how the site is looked after once it is live. We write those into a proposal after we review the project.

When do I see the cost for my website?

After we review the project. You tell us about the business, or send the address of a site you already have. We reply with a proposal that names the scope and the cost for that work.

Is the website text included?

Yes. Copywriting is included. We write the website content, and you can also send your own text for us to place and shape to the pages.

Does an online store change the project?

A store adds products, a cart, checkout, and an admin. A short catalogue and a large catalogue are different scopes, and both are written into the proposal before we start.

Can the website be in Arabic and English?

Yes. Two languages mean a second set of pages and a layout that reads correctly in each direction. We plan both languages in the same proposal.

How long does a typical website take?

Most of the work is done within one week. On a very large project the main part is done in the first week and the rest follows step by step.
